**Experience Required:** 1-2 years as an IT Support Executive or Front Desk Support.

**Key Responsibilities:**  

– Manage a team of Karuna Fellows providing IT support.  

– Resolve technical issues and provide remote support to Big Bet users.  

– Manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs).  

– Coordinate with System vendors for hardware issues.  

– Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and OS issues.  

– Provide training on computer operations and management.  

– Plan knowledge-sharing sessions with the team.  

– Ensure client systems are operational and restore services promptly.  

 

**Qualifications:**  

– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology (preferred).  

– Proven experience as an IT Support Executive/Front Desk Support.  

– Troubleshooting skills for IT equipment, OS, and network issues.  

– Microsoft 365 & Office 365 administration.  

– Analytical skills to measure SLAs.  

– Excellent documentation and presentation skills.  

– Team management expertise.  

– Knowledge of ITSM processes.  

 

**Skills Required:**  

– Advanced knowledge of computer hardware systems, chipsets, memory modules, and peripherals.  

– Knowledge of popular software applications and remote connection systems.  

– Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues.  

– Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.  

– Good analytical skills for monitoring and managing SLAs.  

– Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint.  

– Providing user training and support.  

– Ability to travel and work after hours when necessary.  

– Fluent in Hindi & English (R/W/S).
