**Job Title:** Program Leader

**Experience Required:** 1-2 years of work experience as an IT Support Executive/Front Desk Support.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Manage a team of Karuna Fellows providing IT support.
– Resolve technical issues and provide remote support to Big Bet users.
– Manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
– Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and partners.
– Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and OS issues.
– Administer Microsoft 365 and Office 365.
– Monitor and manage SLAs, maintain documentation.
– Provide user training and support.
– Plan knowledge-sharing sessions and advise on upgrades.
– Coordinate with system vendors for hardware issues.
– Ensure IT infrastructure and application support.
– Deploy patches and track installations across environments.
**Qualifications:**
– Essential: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology (preferably).
– Experience: 1-2 years as IT Support Executive/Front Desk Support.
– Skills:
– Troubleshooting IT equipment, OS, network issues.
– Microsoft 365/Office 365 administration.
– Analytical skills for SLA management.
– Documentation and presentation skills.
– Team management and ITSM processes knowledge.
**Preferred Skills:**
– Advanced hardware knowledge, software applications, remote connections.
– Problem-solving, communication, and proficiency in Hindi and English.
