At The/Nudge you will:

work with the Director, Fundraising to

  • drive the annual planning exercise for fundraising – annual goals and operating plan to raise funds for all centers and programs at The/Nudge
  • design and own weekly/monthly performance dashboards on acquisitions, incomes, donors, and expenses by centers, programs, channels, and donors
  • serve as the primary point of contact for the fundraising team with other internal teams (central strategy team, center heads, program teams, and enabling functions) 
  • prepare and manage reviews with external stakeholders (donors and founding supporters of The/Nudge Institute)
  • support the timely planning and execution of the quarterly performance management of the fundraising team
  • prepare for and participate in monthly review meetings with the respective center heads and program teams
  • pick up special projects within fundraising (on a need basis) to support the overall goals of the team
  • streamline communication with internal teams and deliver high NPS with partners on program delivery, reporting, and engagement metrics 

work with partner (donor) managers and the finance team to

  • consistently achieve high NPS on program delivery and, donor engagement
  • ensure donor budgets for all centers and programs at The/Nudge Institute
  • ensure timely and appropriate allocation and utilization of donor budgets
  • ensure compliance with all expectations, as required by law (CSR, FCRA, etc)

  • 6-8 years of work experience in stakeholder management roles preferably in an early-stage organization
  • a graduate degree in any discipline
  • the ability to learn fast and are good at multitasking
  • a history of exceeding expectations and are results driven
  • a strong desire to make a difference by working in the not-for-profit sector
  • excellent time management skills and attention to detail
  • excellent communication (written & oral), presentation, and stakeholder management skills
