## Program Manager – ABDM Adoption in Not-for-Profit Hospitals

**Job Location:** Delhi, India, with extensive travel within the States as required.

 

**Experience Required:**

 

* Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in program management, healthcare administration, or digital health. 

* At least 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role.

* Proven experience in managing large-scale healthcare programs, preferably in the not-for-profit sector.

* Experience with ABDM, HMIS/LMIS/EMR systems, and other digital health initiatives is highly desirable.

 

**Job Description:**

 

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Program Manager to lead the adoption of the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM) within not-for-profit hospitals across various states. The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and monitoring of all program activities. 

 

**Responsibilities:**

 

* Design, implement, and manage ABDM adoption programs at non-profit hospitals, aligning with organizational goals and requirements.

* Develop a detailed program strategy with objectives, milestones, and deliverables.

* Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including hospital administrators, healthcare providers, government agencies, and partners.

* Represent the program at high-level meetings, presentations, and stakeholder interactions.

* Manage training programs and knowledge transfer for hospital staff and administrators.

* Manage the program lifecycle, including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, risk management, and ensuring timely completion of activities within budget.

* Lead a multidisciplinary team, providing direction, support, and mentorship for successful program implementation.

* Oversee program progress, KPIs, data gathering, analysis, and reporting to measure impact.

* Ensure all program activities meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.

* Implement continuous improvement procedures and address program delivery challenges.

* Conduct or commission research to support the development of innovative ABDM adoption solutions.

* Lead national and state-level engagements, coordinating with local authorities and hospital networks to promote program adoption and expansion.

 

**Qualifications:**

 

* Master’s degree in public health, Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.

* Excellent relationship-building skills with experience in managing complex stakeholder networks.

**Nature of Employment:**

 

The selected candidate will be offered a full-time one-year contract, with the possibility of extension, based on continued funding availability and performance.
