**About Apurva.ai**

Apurva.ai is an open innovation platform powered by generative AI, focused on building collective wisdom within the development sector. SELCO Foundation, in partnership with EkStep Foundation, is piloting Apurva.ai to facilitate the creation of a robust knowledge base, leveraging AI technology to support learning and decision-making in development work.

**Job Location:** Bengaluru, India

**Reporting to:** Associate Director, SELCO Foundation

**Starting Date:** Immediately

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Coordinate with the Apurva.ai technical team and SELCO’s community engagement team to facilitate information transfer onto the AI platform, contributing to its knowledge base.

* Analyze platform features, user patterns, and SELCO’s organizational needs to identify opportunities for new applications and enhance knowledge management.

* Cultivate a strong network with SELCO and its partner network to foster user engagement with the platform.

* Collaborate with the Apurva.ai team to resolve queries, clarify use cases, and ensure optimal platform utilization.

* Document the process of developing AI technology for SELCO and enhance knowledge platform building methods.

* Present key insights derived from platform usage and learning processes to stakeholders.

* Develop new use cases for the platform based on user feedback and insights gathered from internal and external partners.

**Required Qualifications:**

* Minimum 5 years of experience in the development sector.

* Master’s degree in Development Studies, Public Policy, Information Technology, or a related field.

* Experience in data management and analysis.

* Proven ability to engage with and manage diverse stakeholders.

* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

* Proficiency in processing and simplifying complex information for effective dissemination.

* Demonstrated ability to adapt communication styles to different audiences.

* Proactive problem-solving approach with strong decision-making capabilities.

* Commitment to continuous learning and development.

* Ability to thrive in a multicultural and interdisciplinary environment.
