**Job Description: Program Manager at ConveGenius**

**Key Responsibilities:**
– Manage EdTech programs efficiently, ensuring alignment with KPIs.
– Lead teams, break down workstreams, and drive high outcomes.
– Develop strategic roadmaps and implementation plans.
– Identify operational bottlenecks and resolve issues.
– Ensure target-based student engagement and learning outcomes.
– Build strong relationships with state officials and partners.
– Manage day-to-day operations and secure necessary resources.
– Collaborate with internal teams, build capabilities, and support training.
– Prepare reports, decks, and case studies for management updates.
**Qualifications:**
– Master’s degree from a top-tier institution.
– 4-5 years of relevant work experience with managerial roles.
– Familiarity with education and EdTech fields.
– Strong program, stakeholder, and team management skills.
– Ability to design and implement large-scale programs.
– High analytical, synthesis, and problem-solving abilities.
– Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and data analysis.
– Experience in strategy consulting is preferred.
