**Job Description: Program Manager**

**Key Responsibilities:**
– Manage national or state-level eGovernance programs in collaboration with eGov leadership and ecosystem partners.
– Serve as the primary point of contact for government stakeholders and implementation partners.
– Plan and execute program activities, ensuring timely delivery of workstreams including product development, engineering, partnerships, implementation, policy, etc.
– Monitor key milestones, anticipate risks, and drive mitigation strategies.
– Engage with government partners to ensure program adoption and success.
– Maintain relationships with stakeholders through regular communication and meetings.
– Conduct research to understand end-user challenges and assist in developing solution strategies.
– Provide updates, guidance, and advocacy for program expansion.
– Prepare presentations, progress reports, and other artifacts as required.
**Qualifications:**
– 8-10 years of experience in program management, preferably in IT or social sectors with a focus on ERP/CRM/eGovernance projects.
– Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
– Degree in engineering or related field; postgraduate degree in management, public policy, rural/urban management, or engineering is preferred.
– Detail-oriented with strong skills in program planning, execution, scope management, and risk mitigation.
– Excellent writing and presentation skills.
– Strong interpersonal and client relationship management abilities.
– Experience working with government or public sector entities is a plus.
