**Position: Program Manager**

**Location:** Delhi, DL, India

**Responsibilities:**

As a Program Manager at FED, you will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating cross-functional projects, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.  Your responsibilities will include:

* Preparing structured documents and presentations for project requirements.

* Creating progress reports for internal and external reviews.

* Managing projects and coordinating with stakeholders.

* Analyzing publicly available data and providing insights. 

**Required Qualifications:**

* Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Economics, is required.

* 3-6 years of relevant experience in project management, research, or related fields.

* Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.

* Strong analytical skills with comfort working with large datasets and spreadsheets.

* Ability to work independently and proactively with minimal supervision.

* Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn in ambiguous situations.
