**Position Summary:**  

ILSS is seeking a dedicated Program Manager to contribute to our Digital Transformation for Social Impact (DTSI) program. This role entails active involvement in the end-to-end process of the DTSI Program launch and implementation. The ideal candidate will work with a dynamic team, passionate about leadership and impact in the social sector.  

**Key Responsibilities:**  

– Manage logistics, including activity calendars, coordination with faculty, and posting materials on the Learning Management Platform.  

– Attend program sessions, maintain notes, and track assignment submissions.  

– Develop content for participants and post-program impact reports.  

– Support team tasks related to outreach, candidate selection, and communication.  

– Create communication materials such as articles and alumni impact journeys.  

**Qualifications:**  

– Graduate in any stream with 4-6 years of experience.  

– Exposure to the social sector is an advantage; prior tech sector exposure is preferred.  

– Proficient in project management, research methods, networking, and communication skills.  

– Familiarity with Microsoft Office and AI tools is advantageous.
