**Job Description: Program Manager (Enterprise-Startup)**

**Key Responsibilities:**  

– Act as a Single Point of Contact for partners to achieve set goals.  

– Own the success of use cases with enterprises or institutions.  

– Track progress, address gaps, and escalate issues for successful deployment.  

– Engage in deeptech areas like AI, IoT, and supply chain.  

– Lead co-creation projects with multiple entities.  

– Manage PoCs, identify gaps, and ensure successful completion.  

**Qualifications:**  

– B.Tech./BE (CS/EC/EE/IS/Mech/Biotech).  

– 10+ years of experience in incubation, deeptech startups, or related fields.  

– Strong analytical, verbal, and professional writing skills.  

– Proven ability to work with senior-level clients.
