**Job Description**

We are seeking a Program Manager to work directly with the Program Lead and senior leadership team. You will play a key role in establishing, growing, and leading relationships with senior officials and stakeholders. This is an opportunity to be part of a small, high-performance team with a collaborative work culture.

Dholpur, Rajasthan, India

**Key Responsibilities**

* **Stakeholder Engagement:** Establish strong connections with stakeholders within the district, becoming a trusted advisor on Early Childhood Education (ECE) and Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN).

* **Teacher Training:** Contribute to enhancing teacher skills through regular training programs.

* **Field Work:** Conduct regular field visits, including interactions with parents and teachers, to gather valuable insights from the field.

* **Program Implementation:** Ensure district-wide implementation of Rocket Learning’s programs, adhering to all communication protocols and requirements.

* **Reporting:** Prepare weekly updates and quarterly reports to keep the team informed on program progress.

* **Teamwork:** Collaborate effectively as a team player, supporting colleagues in achieving shared goals.

* Proven ability to liaise with government systems on a regular basis.

* Capability to take leadership in ambiguous situations, even when unsupervised.

* Excellent communication skills, facilitating seamless interaction with managers and colleagues.

* 1-3 years of experience in the development sector.
