**About the Role:**

We are seeking a passionate and experienced **Program Manager** to lead our Millet Value Chain Program. This program focuses on promoting sustainable millet-based livelihoods among rural and underserved communities by leveraging climate-smart technologies and building strong partnerships.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* **Operational Leadership & Partnership Management:** Oversee program operations, streamline processes, and provide mentorship to team members.

* **Communication & Coordination:** Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensure smooth information flow, and prepare program reports.

* **Stakeholder Management & Partnerships:** Build and manage strategic partnerships with key stakeholders including government agencies, financial institutions, and other relevant organizations.

* **Program Planning & Implementation:** Develop, implement, and oversee program plans, ensuring timely and effective delivery.

* **Monitoring & Evaluation:** Track program progress, conduct assessments, and analyze data to refine strategies and ensure program impact.

**Key Requirements:**

* Proven expertise or strong interest in millet value chain, post-harvest management, and rural livelihood development.

* Experience in developing and managing partnerships, particularly with government agencies and financial institutions.

* Demonstrated project and finance management skills.

* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse audiences.

* Willingness to travel extensively (approximately 10-15 days per month).
