**Job Description: Program Manager – Delhi NCR**

**Company Information:**
The Convergence Foundation, through its initiative A-PAG (Air Pollution Action Group), seeks a dynamic Program Manager to drive air quality improvement projects in Delhi NCR. A-PAG is dedicated to combating air pollution by supporting government initiatives and implementing strategic solutions.
**Experience Required:**
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a tier-1 institute in Environmental Science, Public Policy, Urban Planning, Development Studies, or a related field. They should have 3-5 years of experience in program management, consulting, or development roles with exposure to urban governance, waste management, or air quality programs.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Lead the execution and monitoring of key air quality programs, including dispersed sources and C&D waste management.
2. Manage relationships with government stakeholders at operational and leadership levels.
3. Identify gaps in existing policies and pilot innovative interventions for scalability.
4. Track progress using monitoring systems, analyze data, and prepare reports/presentations.
5. Document processes, create SOPs, and capture program outcomes.
**Skills Required:**
– Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities.
– Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and documentation skills.
– Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is preferred.
– GIS tools and spatial data analysis knowledge are advantageous.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
**Eligibility:**
Candidates must have 3-5 years of relevant work experience in program management or related fields.
