**Job Location:** New Delhi, India

 

**Position Summary:**

 

The Convergence Foundation seeks exceptional Program Managers to anchor its efforts in Economic Growth and/or Human Capital Development.  This involves strategic and operational support for various projects, working closely with senior leadership to diagnose opportunities, develop hypotheses, and collaborate with external stakeholders to ensure project completion.  The role may also include supporting specific organizations or projects within designated issue areas.  This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a start-up environment, require minimal supervision, and are passionate about economic growth and human capital development in India.

 

**Key Responsibilities:**

 

* Collaborate with TCF leadership to define priority areas within one or both pillars (e.g., tourism, services exports, skilling, investment promotion).

* Conduct secondary research to identify constraints and develop hypotheses regarding impactful opportunities.

* Oversee the creation of knowledge materials by identifying partners, developing terms of reference, and managing projects to completion.

* Provide ongoing program/grant support to organizations or initiatives resulting from scoping exercises.

 

**Required Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities:**

 

* Undergraduate or master’s degree from a top-tier institution (strong intellectual curiosity and sophistication expected).

* 2 to 5 years of work experience in consulting or a challenging/high-growth environment.

* Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

* Strong planning and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail, accuracy, protocol, and deadlines.

* Exceptional writing skills (clear, concise, and analytical).

* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills (including presentation and facilitation).

* High flexibility and responsiveness, with the ability to adapt priorities quickly.
