ThinkZone provides access to quality learning opportunities for young children by empowering educators and parents through a blended approach of instructor-led support and accessible digital solutions.

POSITION SUMMARY

ThinkZone has taken exciting opportunities to expand and so is seeking talented and driven young professionals for implementing and managing multiple ThinkZone programs on-ground. She/he needs to thrive in a start-up environment, have a passion for innovation, and should understand how to balance time, quality, and cost to deliver. The Program Manager should understand the needs of both education and technology, be able to balance them and deliver high-quality services for the end-users.

RESPONSIBILITIES (NOT EXHAUSTIVE)

1. Work on implementing high quality education programs in urban and rural communities that are tailored and relevant to the specific audience

2. Fine-tune and develop fun, engaging and innovative learning content for the effective delivery of the curriculum i.e. develop easy-to-use curriculum resources for educators and parents

3. Assess effectiveness of existing training content for educators and revise / iterate as needed

4. Continuously work on training module development for educators that are tailored and relevant to the specific audience and which will help ThinkZone deliver high quality education programs

5. Conduct offline and online training programs for educators in multiple geographies

6. Work closely with end-users – taking surveys and interviews of educators, low-income families etc. and analysing results

7. Evaluate effectiveness and quality of delivered programs, using the learning to drive improvement

8. Coordinate with multiple stakeholders including seasoned education experts, social organizations and government authorities for program partnerships

9. Regular documentation of our program activities, including developing stories, case studies etc.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Entrepreneurial mind-set, a go-getter with excellent research and analytical skills

2. Designing skills on Canva

3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Odia

4. Ability to work independently while also following a structured process / guidelines

5. Some amount of knowledge in program management as well as in developing and delivering education programs will be a great asset

6. Flexibility to travel, as required
