Responsibilities:
 

  • Lead the project in Bharuch for Adolescent girls/ Adolescent boys/ program for pregnant and lactating women.
  • To develop and implement end to end public health and health related CSR projects and initiatives.
  • Supervise the work of all the team members involved in health projects.
  • Ability to demonstrate ownership, and work in collaborative multidisciplinary environment as part of a closely knit team (showcasing patience, tenacity and grace under pressure).
  • Communicating and coordinating with clients, CSRBOX employees, and vendors.
  • Conduct monthly and quarterly project planning, review, and progress meetings with the team
  • Support the project team in designing and developing the awareness session modules and conducting the same.
  • Develop and map delivery plan of the project, work towards troubleshooting and managing the project closely with Taluka Health Officer.
  • High possibility of the base being working from Taluka Health Office of Jhagadia, being open to the setup and actively liaising with the government towards the program.
  • Create new ideas for CSR collaboration with companies, like minded organizations and partners on public health.
  • To lead and support specific healthcare program(s) including managing field teams implementing programs.
  • Monitoring and ensuring data capturing and entire documentation of the project, developing reporting mechanism with government bodies of the data and working in alignment with stakeholders for the same.
     

Mandatory Qualification and Experience:
 

  • Experience of working with multi-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent counselling, listening, decision-making and communication skills
  • Experience working in rural or remote zones.
  • Willingness to travel for project work
  • Compassionate nature with the ability to make patients feel at ease
