**Job Title:** Program Manager – Human Capital Development

**Experience Required:** 2-5 years in consulting or high-growth environments.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Develop hypotheses and produce collateral on leverage points in the human capital continuum.
– Identify high-potential organizations and explore partnerships.
– Provide grant support and enable collaboration among portfolio organizations.
– Engage with government stakeholders on systemic priorities.
– Build narratives through convenings and salience-building efforts.
**Qualifications:**
– Undergraduate or master’s degree from a top-tier institution.
– Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Familiarity with India’s education or skill development landscape is a plus.
