**Position Summary:**  

CEGIS seeks a dynamic Senior Associate/Manager with expertise in Personnel Management to lead engagements with government institutions. This role involves designing and implementing solutions to address competency gaps among public officials. Ideal candidates should have a strong background in learning technology, adult learning principles, and experience applying Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) in e-learning platforms.

 

**Key Responsibilities:**  

– Support ongoing engagements with government institutions.

– Deliver tasks related to online learning and training needs assessment for public officials.

– Coordinate with government departments to identify competency requirements.

– Identify and liaise with global institutions for relevant content, organizing supplementary in-person sessions.

– Maintain stakeholder relationships through periodic updates and documentation.

 

**Qualifications:**  

– Master’s degree in Public Policy, Education Management, Technology Management, Human Resources, or a related field.

– Experience in capacity building and institutional strengthening within the development sector, preferably with governments.

– Proficiency in measuring public sector performance, competency mapping, training needs assessment, e-learning, and organizational development.

– Familiarity with SDLC for large-scale e-learning platforms.
