Title – Program Manager – Teachers Professional Development

Location – Ranchi, Jharkhand

Key roles & responsibilities

• Research & Product Development
• Contextualizing/Translating Curriculum, Student Handbook, Activity Book, Teacher’s handbook, modules etc. etc. on 21st CC skill in Hindi Language.
• Ensure Vetting of all Curriculum & Training Modules by SCERT, Selection, Onboarding of State Resource Group, Master Facilitators for Quality Training
• Program Manager will be accountable for smooth content development and rollout in the State, managing crucial partnerships, Managing Operations of 5 to 10 Districts with a Team
• Planning and executing Large Scale Capacity Building Activities for CRCCs, BRCCs, Teachers Train stakeholders – teachers, administrators etc and other instructional staff in new content or technology
• Project and team management

You will work with

External Stakeholders

• State, District and Block levels Government Officials
• Knowledge partners and donors
• Ecosystem peers

Internal Stakeholders

• Central product development team within PFEL / KEF
• State operations team of PFEL / KEF
• Peers in other States

Experience

• Master’s in development management, Social Development, Graduates with requisite skills / experience may apply.
• Masters in Education will be an added advantage.
• 8 years+ experience in Development/Education/ Corporate Sector.
• 5 years or more experience in content, curriculum development for Students/Teachers.
• 5 years or more experience in managing teams.
• Facilitation, Leadership development, Change management or Coaching experience.
• Operations management, engagement with government departments, consultancy will be an added advantage
