**Position:** Program Officer – Documentation Digital Health  

**Location:** New Delhi, India  

**Experience Required:** Minimum 3–5 years of experience in research, documentation, or knowledge management, preferably in the health or development sector.

**Project Overview:**  

PATH is supporting the state of Maharashtra in digitizing primary healthcare (PHC) through select districts. The project aims to demonstrate end-to-end digitization in healthcare, leveraging digital solutions to improve reproductive, maternal, and child health service delivery indicators. This includes forming a digitally competent workforce, improving data access for decision-making, and enhancing interoperability across healthcare facilities.

 

**Key Responsibilities:**  

– Develop, update, and maintain program documentation including technical reports, case studies, concept notes, policy briefs, SOPs, training manuals, and donor reports.

– Translate project learnings into compelling, evidence-based content.

– Maintain an organized repository of documentation outputs and knowledge products.

– Support the creation of knowledge-sharing products such as newsletters, presentations, blogs, and social media briefs.

– Conduct desk research and literature reviews on digital health trends, global frameworks, and best practices.

– Synthesize findings to inform strategy development and policy dialogue.

– Collaborate with technical leads, M&E teams, and communication teams to ensure quality deliverables.

– Coordinate input and feedback from partners, government stakeholders, and global collaborators.

 

**Qualifications:**  

– Master’s degree in Public Health, Health Informatics, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or a related field.

– Strong understanding of the Indian public health system, including flagship initiatives and relevant government policies/strategies (e.g., NHM, Ayushman Bharat Health & Wellness Centers, ABDM).

– Proven experience in developing high-quality technical and strategic documents for diverse audiences.

– Excellent command over MS Office applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint).

– Strong writing, editing, and analytical skills.

– Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, referencing tools (e.g., Zotero, Mendeley), and content creation platforms.

– Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

– Extremely detail-oriented with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
