Jhpiego is hiring for the position of Program Officer: Operations at Sitapur, UP for a project related to operations in the strengthening of MNH and FP initiatives state. The appointed candidate will report to the State Program Officer, Uttar Pradesh.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with various stakeholders for various activities in the field through different means – one-to-one, one-to-many, physical, virtual, etc.
  • Issue identification and consensus-building on solutions around them
  • Facilitate important approval of various activities in the field
  • Make presentations to different stakeholders on various themes relevant to them
  • Assist in organizing multi-stakeholder events, workshops, seminars, etc.
  • Analysis of data for improved decision making
  • Planning of activities and developing, implementing & review operational policies and procedures.
  • Provide inspired leadership and support to the organization.
  • Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations.
  • Support worker communication with the management team.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s in Technology
  • 3-5 years of experience in management, operations, and leadership
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Apt in structured report writing, presentation, and data analysis using different MS Office Tools
  • Experience in handling multiple stakeholders with proven ability to build consensus and relationships with different stakeholders from diverse background
