**Job Location:** Gurugram, Haryana, India
**Job Summary:**
The Program Officer/Program Associate will play a crucial role in establishing and managing a partnership hub aimed at fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing among partners in India, Denmark, and Kenya. This involves facilitating working groups, coordinating workshops and conferences, and managing the dissemination of technical materials. The successful candidate will possess strong organizational, facilitation, and communication skills.
**Responsibilities:**
* Lead, facilitate, and moderate virtual and in-person working group sessions.
* Prepare agendas, meeting minutes, and facilitation notes.
* Organize and coordinate workshops, managing logistics and participant engagement.
* Support working group operations in developing goals, objectives, and action plans.
* Coordinate the development and dissemination of technical resources and reports.
* Liaise with stakeholders and act as a central point of communication.
* Identify opportunities for capacity building within working groups.
* Facilitate the exchange of best practices and learning among working groups.
* Prepare detailed reports from meetings and workshops.
* Regularly assess the effectiveness of working group processes and implement improvements.
* Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
**Qualifications:**
**Essential:**
* Master’s degree in development, public health, social science, or a related field.
* Approximately 2 years of work experience after completing a master’s degree.
* Strong organizational and project coordination abilities.
**Desirable:**
* Demonstrated expertise in facilitating working groups, workshops, and collaborative processes.
* Excellent analytical and report-writing skills.
**Duration:** 01 year or co-terminus with the project, whichever is earlier.
