Talent Acquisition:
● Lead and support manpower forecasting and staffing initiatives across programs.
● Lead custodian for the end-to-end recruitment process for programs, in close coordination with the respective Program HRs for all vacancies in the program (staff & contractors, outsourced, any other). Lead & facilitate optimum efficiency across full cycle of recruitment process from forecast to on boarding.
● Lead & support effective background verification process for all recruits.
● Lead & support process design & adoption of the entire recruitment cycle and stages, including sourcing, screening, selection, negotiation, reference checks, background verifications, offer rollouts, pre joining and post joining support and coordination.
● Lead activities and initiatives to ensure achievement of recruitment TATs, across programs.
● Collaborate with central HRs & Program HRs to build a talent pipeline for niche vacancies.
● Design & deploy Recruitment Dashboards, Trends, Trackers and reports across programs.
● Provide support in writing job descriptions, including designing structures, framing of responsibilities, nomenclatures, and Title management alongside org-wide Program HR practices.
● Design & implement systems and processes to maintain records of end-to-end recruitment activities and collaterals for active & passive vacancies in the Program.
● Lead and participate in selection processes for effective hiring of key team members, on a need basis.
● Train & guide the program’s hiring managers to enable effective hiring.
● Build internal HR capacity for effective recruitments.
● Recommend and manage adoption of hiring best practices.
● Joint custodian of recruitment tools such as LinkedIn.
● Lead & support any other recruitment & on boarding initiatives for programs via Program HRs.
ERP, Data & more:
● Maintain data and MIS up to date across all online & offline database, software and tools for Recruitments.
● Maintain up-to-date job descriptions bank for all programs.
● Support the development and implementation of Recruitment modules on the ERP, lead the Implementation & adoption activities viz recruitment module for user teams, end users and management.
● Design and deploy Recruitment SOPs and SLAs.
● Design & deliver recruitment capacity building across all program teams & Program HRs.
● Custodian of Program hiring matrix.
● Lead the internal redeployment / resource mobilization initiatives for retaining top talent across programs.
Qualifications:
● Master’s degree in Human Resource Development/Management /Industrial Relations from a reputed university/ institute.
Work Experience:
● Minimum 8 years of experience working in a reputed International NGO handling Recruitments for Programs/ Implementation teams.
● Must be adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify issues and resolve them in a timely manner.
● Must have proven experience with recruitment tools such as ATS, LinkedIn, external job portals.
● Must have experience of handling Internships, Campus placements and Volunteers programs in the development sector.
● Must have strong negotiation skills.
● Must have strong attention to detail with analytical mind-set.
● Must have proven ability to work in fast evolving environments, competing priorities and work under pressures.
● The role requires frequent travel in India and across NCR – the incumbent should be comfortable and willing to travel to the Project implementation locations.
