**Experience Required:**
Minimum of 5+ years in outreach, sales, or event hosting, preferably within a non-profit or educational setting.
**Salary:** ₹4,00,000 to ₹5,40,000 per annum
**Key Responsibilities:**
– **Outreach and Partnerships:** Engage with institutions like colleges, schools, NGOs, and government departments to identify beneficiaries and volunteers. Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders.
– **Event Hosting:** Facilitate events such as orientations and workshops, ensuring smooth coordination and participant engagement.
– **Stakeholder Engagement:** Communicate effectively with various stakeholders to meet program objectives.
– **Travel:** Conduct outreach activities across regions, including meetings with partners and stakeholders.
**Requirements:**
– Education: Graduate degree
– Skills: Strong communication, event hosting experience, ability to manage multiple tasks, relationship-building, adaptability, willingness to travel.
