**Job Description**
**Position:** Programme Associate

**Experience Required:** Minimum of 3+ years in research, policy analysis, or a related field. Experience with government agencies, civil society organizations, or international development institutions is highly desirable.
**Education:** Master’s degree in fields such as development studies, sociology, political economy, public policy, anthropology, or related interdisciplinary areas.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Conduct rigorous political economy and systems mapping analysis on food system transitions.
– Facilitate transdisciplinary engagement with government, researchers, and civil society.
– Develop policy briefs, reports, and presentations to communicate research insights.
– Manage project timelines, deliverables, and collaborations with partners.
– Mentor junior staff and contribute to capacity-building activities.
