**Job Description: Programme Lead/Senior Programme Lead – Technology Futures**
– **Location:** New Delhi, India
– **Experience Required:**
– Programme Lead: Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in critical minerals and clean energy manufacturing/deployment.
– Senior Programme Lead: Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the same field.

**Key Responsibilities:**
– Leading research on critical minerals and clean energy supply chains.
– Conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses to support policy recommendations.
– Building and mentoring a team, collaborating with stakeholders, donors, and partners.
– Conceptualizing research projects and managing programmatic structures.
– Engaging in outreach activities and maintaining CEEW’s branding guidelines.
**Qualifications:**
– Foundational degree in engineering; graduate or doctoral degrees in related fields (engineering, public policy, energy economics) are preferred.
– Strong understanding of India’s clean energy manufacturing and critical minerals landscape.
– Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
– Ability to work in a dynamic, interdisciplinary environment with a steep learning curve.
**Skills Required:**
– Knowledge of finance and capital flows for energy transitions.
– Understanding of global market developments and policy regulations.
– Strong network with key actors in clean energy manufacturing and critical minerals sectors.
