**Job Description:**  

We are seeking a Programme Lead/Senior Programme Lead in Sustainable Food Systems. The role involves conceptualizing, strategizing, designing, leading, and expanding our work in areas such as consumption behavior change, sustainable agriculture, dairy sector transformation, and systemic transformation through methods like system dynamics and agent-based modeling.

**Key Responsibilities:**

– Develop strategies for the Sustainable Food Systems programme.

– Lead research projects, including conducting surveys, focus group discussions, and quantitative modeling.

– Build relationships with donors, partners, and stakeholders to secure resources and support.

– Manage a team, ensuring high-quality outputs and timely delivery.

– Engage in policy dialogue and public speaking to enhance CEEW’s thought leadership.

**Qualifications:**

– **Education:** PhD or Master’s degree in relevant fields such as agriculture, environmental economics, system dynamics, or food systems.

– **Experience:** At least 7+ years of experience in research, policy engagement, and project management in areas like ecosystem services, sustainable agriculture, or food systems.

– **Skills:** Proficiency in quantitative tools (R, Python), strong analytical skills, excellent communication, leadership, and the ability to work in multicultural environments.
