**Job Description**

Peepul seeks a highly motivated and experienced Programme Manager to lead the implementation of the CM Rise Teacher Professional Development Programme in Madhya Pradesh. The Programme Manager will be responsible for the overall management and execution of the program, ensuring it achieves its objectives and delivers high-quality outcomes for participating teachers. 

**Responsibilities**

* Develop and manage the program implementation plan, including timelines, budgets, and resources.

* Lead and supervise a team of program staff, including training facilitators, mentors, and support personnel.

* Collaborate with government officials and other stakeholders to ensure effective program delivery.

* Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation systems to track program progress and impact.

* Identify and address challenges and risks, ensuring timely and effective solutions.

* Prepare program reports and presentations for stakeholders.

* Manage program finances and ensure compliance with donor guidelines.

* Maintain strong communication with stakeholders, including teachers, government officials, and donors.

**Qualifications**

* Bachelor’s degree in education, social work, or a related field.

* Master’s degree preferred.

* Minimum 5 years of experience in program management, preferably in the education sector.

* Experience working on teacher training and professional development programs is essential.

* Proven track record of managing complex projects and achieving program outcomes.

* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

* Proficiency in using MS Office Suite and other relevant software.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Commitment to improving the quality of education in India.
