Education : Masters in Rural Management/ Development studies / MBA in Agribusiness

Experience:

• Substantial Experience in relevant field will be given preference, Female candidate will be given preference.

Skills & Competencies required:

• Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills, interested to work with rural tribal community,
• Basic understanding of Planning, Designing and Execution process of development intervention,
• Considerable knowledge about agriculture, backward and forward linkages, value chain and supply chain, marketing strategy etc.
• Basic Understanding of Data analysis and Report writings,

Job Profile:

• Support Farmers Producer Company in backward and forward linkages.
• Assist farmers and FPO in collective procurement of agriculture inputs, marketing, branding, promotion of finished goods. 
• Support FPO in aggregation of agriculture produce.
• Develop supply chain and value chain for agri produce.
• Promote mechanism of grading and value addition of produce.
• Linkages with mandi and APMCs
• Provide all required supports to team in agriculture projects.
• Establishment and strengthen farmers collectives like Framer field schools/FIG/ Farmers
• Producers Organisation through capacity building, market linkages and business plans.
• Liaison with Donors and concerned Govt. Dept.
• Procurement and budget analysis for implementation of program.
• Data analysis and document the good case studies.
• Monitor the program progress and provide valuable suggestion to team.
• Conduct program impact studies and documents the impact.
