Education : Masters in Agriculture/ Horticulture and other related subjects

Experience:

Substantial Experience in relevant field will be given preference, Female candidate will be given preference

Skills & Competencies required:

• Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills, interested to work with rural tribal community,
• Basic understanding of Planning, Designing and Execution process of development intervention,
• Considerable knowledge about agriculture, backward and forward linkages, value chain and supply chain, marketing strategy etc.
• Basic Understanding of Data analysis and Report writings

Job Profile:

• Liaison with Donors and Agriculture Govt. Dept.
• Provide all required supports asked by team to implements the activity of agriculture themes.
• Provide Training and capacity building to the field staff.
• Productivity enhancement and crop diversification- experience on SRI, vegetable cultivation, and horticulture
• Market linkages for multiplier impact of agriculture-based production enhancement.
• Promotion and capacity building of farmers field schools
• Coordinate with Krishi Vigyan Kendra for technical assistance and innovations
• Procurement and budget analysis for implementation of program.
• Conduct demonstration studies and support the team in its replication and scalability.
• Data analysis and document the good case studies.
• Monitor the program progress and provide valuable suggestion to team.
• Conduct program impact studies and documents the impact.
