– **Experience:** Minimum 5 years of grass root agriculture extension work

**Job Responsibilities:**
– Liaison with donors and government departments.
– Provide support to the team in agriculture projects.
– Training and capacity building for field staff and village leaders.
– Prepare programme manuals, training materials, and assessment systems.
– Enhance productivity through crop diversification and sustainable practices.
– Develop market linkages for agricultural production.
– Document case studies and prepare programme proposals.
– Understand project issues and challenges.
– Implement techniques like System of Crop Intensification and Conservation Agriculture.
– Plan agriculture budgets and manage field data for reporting.
