Experience:
1-3 Years in the development sector, preferably in Documentation/Monitoring & Evaluation
Skills & Competencies required:
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Case study Documentation,
- Data analysis and management,
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint, Monitoring and Evaluation.

- Coordinate and support Research & Evaluations
- Coordinate Internship Management
- Support in Data Analysis and Reporting
- Coordinate and support Strategy Monitoring
- MIS Management and Support
- Donor and internal reporting management and quality assurance.
- Case Studies/Impact Studies documentation
- Coordinate and support Outcome studies/research
- Support in Proposal development
- Support for Communication Material development
- Represent organization at various levels
- Any other tasks assigned by reporting officer
