Qualification:
Master’s degree in social work, rural development or relevant field.
Experience:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in handling education projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Will be responsible for the monitoring & coordination of projects at the field level.
- Work with the Education department and other key stakeholders for program advocacy and sensitization.
- Coordination with external trainers, consultants, and experts to support programmatic activities.
- Assist in planning, and developing systems & processes concerning the project on the field with the support of the program coordinator.
- Support the team in the preparation of required resource materials to ensure quality alignment of the projects with the responsibility to deliver the same as per the requirement.
- Any other responsibilities that may be assigned by your line manager.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- A stronghold in the Tamil language is mandatory. Candidates with good command of the English language shall be preferred.
- Willingness to travel & undertake fieldwork.
- Knowledge & understanding of projects related to education & community.
- Good interpersonal & communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize & multi-task.
- Ability to meet project deadlines.
Salary:
2.4 to 3 Lakh / annum
