**Job Description: Project Associate – CM Rise Schools, Deep Academic Support**
**Location:** Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh, India

**Experience Required:**
Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in teaching, mentoring, or education-related work, preferably within the government school system. A relevant educational background in Education or a related discipline is highly preferred.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Lead and drive programmatic activities in assigned schools, collaborating closely with teachers and school leaders.
– Conduct school visits to observe classrooms and provide support for effective teaching practices.
– Support the professional development of teachers by sharing best practices and providing feedback.
– Collaborate with school leaders to develop plans for improving academic performance and conducting meetings.
– Build relationships with government stakeholders to drive program implementation.
– Develop and maintain accurate records and reports on school and teacher progress.
– Assist in capacity-building interventions for various stakeholders.
– Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in education.
– Define success metrics and communicate them effectively.
– Work with the M&E team and external experts to develop project evaluation tools.
– Create effective work-planning and management systems for prioritization and progress tracking.
**Qualifications:**
– Excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders and work independently or collaboratively with diverse groups.
– Language Proficiency: English and Hindi.
