**Job Description:**
The Project Associate will support the effective design and implementation of teacher training programs focused on computer science curriculum integration in collaboration with the Government of Madhya Pradesh. This role is crucial in Peepul’s mission to strengthen education systems and improve learning outcomes.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Establish relationships with state-level experts and partners.
– Implement computer science curricula in schools, providing support to teachers and leaders.
– Design teacher training programs tailored to computer science education.
– Conduct training sessions on topics like MS Office, Scratch Jr., and other relevant subjects for teachers and students.
– Develop mechanisms for monitoring and evaluating program impact.
**Qualifications:**
– Educational Background: Relevant degree in Education or Computer Science preferred.
– Work Experience: 2-4 years in designing and delivering teacher training programs, preferably in computer science education.
– Skills: Proficient in curriculum design and teacher training session development.
– Language Proficiency: English and Hindi.
