Sehgal Foundation invites applications for Project Associate on a fixed-term contract

Reporting: Program Lead

Skill and Competencies:

• Coordinate project activities at village, cluster, and block level
• Ensure that the project deliverables are accomplished on time and align with the stated quality standards
• Supervise, guide, and mentor the community/field mobilizers and ensure optimum utilization of resources
• Work with the project team to mobilize communities for the adoption of project interventions
• Prepare and submit timely data and information from the field.
• Establish linkages with government agriculture department / KVK’s and district admin
• Undertake any other responsibility assigned by management as per the organization’s requirement

Job Description:
