We work with companies and philanthropic organisations for better CSR programme design, pre-project to post-project handholding and impact assessment, and embedding technology solutions for responding to problems at a scale. We are the largest knowledge platform with www.csrbox.org having mapped over 30,000 CSR projects in the past 9 years. We work at the pan-India level with our Teams at Delhi, Gurgaon, Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad, and Bangalore. We are also an executive committee member of Bharat Digital Platform under the aegis of the Principal Scientific Adviser to the Government of India. We spearhead two collaborative platforms; India Livelihoods Collective and IMPAct4Nutrition.

BharatCares (CSRBOX Foundation) is the social impact arm of CSRBOX. BharatCares works as a social solution bridge for communities, innovators and funders to get the best implementation model in place. We strive to provide better education, employability skills, and entrepreneurial ecosystem support to underprivileged communities.

We have been implementing CSR projects for a few large CSR companies including IBM, Diageo, Cadila Pharma, Arvind Ltd, Airbus, PNB Housing Finance, and others. We have our programs in Gujarat, Rajasthan, Haryana, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Uttar Pradesh, and Maharashtra.

About the Position

Responsibilities

Project Management:

  • Plan, execute, and monitor CSR projects in the Guwahati region.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including local communities, NGOs, and government agencies.

Community Engagement:

  • Build strong relationships with local communities and understand their needs.
  • Conduct community meetings and discussions in the local language.

Old-Age Home Construction:

  • Oversee the planning and construction of old-age homes.
  • Ensure the homes meet safety, health, and comfort standards.

Education and Skill Development:

  • Implement and manage education and skill development programs for the community.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness and make improvements as needed.

Budget Management:

  • Manage project budgets effectively, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently. 

Mandatory Qualification and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in a relevant field (Social Work, Development Studies, etc.).
  • Fluency in the local language is a primary requirement.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience in CSR or community development is a plus.
  • Passion for social impact and community welfare
