**Job Title:** Project Associate – Resource Mobilization & Partnership Development

– Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience with secondary education or a bachelor’s degree in a related field.  

**Key Responsibilities:**  

1. Identify and map stakeholders to build strategic alliances for funding opportunities.  

2. Engage donors and partners to secure financial and technical support for SDG initiatives.  

3. Develop innovative approaches and partnerships aligned with global best practices.  

4. Organize stakeholder engagement activities, including meetings and events.  

5. Support resource mobilization by preparing project proposals and concept notes.  

6. Facilitate capacity-building initiatives for government and institutional partners.  

7. Monitor and track partnership activities to ensure timely follow-ups and reporting.  

8. Conduct research and analysis to support evidence-based decision-making.  

9. Strengthen relationships with private sector entities, CSR initiatives, and philanthropic organizations.
