**Qualifications:**
– BSc / MBA/MSc/Master in Natural Resource Management/Environmental Science/Water Management/Botany/Horticulture/Agroforestry.
**Experience Required:**
– 3 – 5 years of relevant experience.
**Desirable Skills:**
– Passionate and enthusiastic about environmental conservation.
– Strong project management and leadership skills to lead teams and manage projects.
– Prior experience in Forestry, Miyawaki Afforestation, Biodiversity Park development, Botanical Park development, Water conservation, and Natural Resources Management.
– In-depth knowledge of Flora & Fauna (Trees, Biodiversity, Forests, and Birds).
– Willingness to work in tough field conditions and travel frequently.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and local languages.
– Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel) for project proposals and report-making.
– Ability to take on multiple responsibilities beyond the designated role.
**Responsibilities:**
– Meeting corporate clients, government officials, and volunteers for project development.
– Conducting site-specific surveys, research, SWOT analysis, and project planning to ensure efficient and sustainable project development.
– Coordinating with partners and executing projects such as tree plantations and water conservation initiatives.
– Managing and overseeing project events (volunteering, inaugurations) with partners.
– Creating reports for each project site in coordination with corporate partners.
– Visiting existing project sites for audit and maintenance with corporate clients and volunteers.
– Executing and maintaining projects.
