Education : Post Graduate in science/social science/management/rural development/natural resource

Experience:

Minimum Three year experience with at least two years? experience in AKRSP(I). Relaxation can be given to outstanding candidates.

Programme: 

  • Overall coordination of the project implementation.
  • Tracking the month-wise Budget and its utilization
  • Establishing the result-based monitoring indicator in the project  
  • Responsible for the targeted project performance (both physical and financial).
  • Block and District level liaison with the Government department.
  • Maintain good relationships with PRIs and community institutions.
  • Monitoring the results of the programme
  • Any other work assigned by reporting officer.
  • Monitor and lead correction process to ensure project documentation, deliverables and data are maintained consistently in accordance with MIS system

Administration / Finanace 

  • Overall coordination of project-level administration and financial matter
  • Proper management of project assets.
  • Preparing procurement plan/ vendor list etc.
  • Maintain a good environment/culture in the team.
