Eligibility

• Post-graduation in Social Work / Extension Education / Rural Management from a recognized university
• Minimum 3 years of experience
• Fluency in English and Hindi is a Must (Reading, writing, and speaking)

Key Responsibilities:

• Will be responsible for the implementation and monitoring of programs at the field level.
• Support the program manager in promoting developmental programs for the benefit of children, families, and the community
• Assist in finalizing the annual plan with a timeline for the program
• Develop/implement systems & procedures concerning program planning, review, and monitoring
  undertake regular visits to target villages to conduct science club activities with students
• Establish a network with local agencies, government, and NGOs to strengthen the implementation of the program of the organization
• Any other responsibilities that may be assigned to you by your line manager.

Required Skills and Competencies:

• Ability to undertake field travel
• Ability to organize training and orientation programs for teachers and students
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Function as a team player
• Ability to meet the reporting deadlines
• Knowledge of MS Office and data management
