About End Poverty
End Poverty is a civil society organization registered in 2009 with a purpose to contribute towards poverty reduction in India. EP has been working in the states of Rajasthan, Haryana, UK, Madhya Pradesh, UP and Goa . EP’s main target segment are poor landless agricultural farmers, small and marginal farmers, traditional artisans, poor and needy women, girl child, unemployed youth etc. End Poverty has identified four main areas of program interventions: Sustainable Livelihood Creation, Girls Education, Rural Development and Civil Society development.

Job Location – Goa
Job responsibilities
– Planning and implementation of the project activities on the ground.
– Ensure cost-effective implementation.
– Establish & strengthen linkages with concerned Govt. Dept. /community health workers/ local CBOs / other stakeholders
– Prepare monthly/quarterly/yearly activity progress reports for donor-supported projects.
– Work on capacity building of project staff and other stakeholders.
– Monitor and supervise the Vedanta Nand Ghar activities and team at the field level.
– Must have good knowledge of report writing.
Reporting to – Project Manager
Qualification & Required skills and Competencies
✓ Post Graduate/Master in Social work
✓ Min 1-2 Experience in social development Sector
✓ Proven ability to meet tight deadlines
✓ Good verbal and written communication skills
Salary – 25,000 per month
