Position: Project Coordinator
Status: Full time, 2-year contract (renewable)
Start Date: (February 2023)
Location: Gurgaon, with Frequent travel (upto 50% time) to project sites

Grameen Foundation for Social Impact is looking for a Project Coordinator who is passionate about learning and a self- starter. He/She must be self-driven and should be able to express ideas through reports according to set specifications, adhering to stipulated editorial guidelines. He/She must be well versed with project management tools, scheduling, analytics and must have profound written skills.

Required Education, Experience & Skills:

  • Postgraduate, preferably an MBA or Mass Communication from a premier institution.
    Sharp Analytical and Management skills
  • Excellent Program Management and Documentation skills with expertise in MS Office
  • Excellent command over written and verbal communication
  • Command over report compilation (Minutes of Meetings, Preparing Action Plans, and Follow-ups).
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in Program Coordination and Documentation

Essential Job Functions:

The main job duties would involve developing relations with stake holders and staff plus monitoring the overall project and compiling action plan.

  • Acting as a Program Coordinator between the Program Quality Review (PQR) Group, Program Management Group (PMG), Institutional Relations (IR) and different Project Leads.
  • Handling the Documentation and Internal Communication across the organization.
  • Coordination with internal stakeholders in carrying smooth communication with different stake holders
  • Monitor and track the progress of the programs by updating proper filing system for all program related documents like proposals, program reports, evaluation reports etc.
  • Preparation of Minutes of Meetings, sending follow-ups to the stake holders
  • Contribute to building systems that improve the efficiency and internal management of the Program.
  • This is an extremely hands-on role and the incumbent will be expected to quickly understand the nature of demands, respond quickly and diligently with highest quality outputs and empathy.
