**Job Description:**

 

The Project Coordinator will be a key member of the WadhwaniSkilling Network’s Content team, contributing to instructional content and services design and development.  This role requires strong project management skills and experience coordinating projects across diverse teams and vendors.

 

**Key Responsibilities:**

 

*   Project scoping: Defining project scope, timelines, and resource allocation in collaboration with the team.

*   Vendor management: Onboarding, managing contracts, invoices, and deliveries, ensuring adherence to quality, time, and cost parameters.

*   Milestone coordination: Managing the content production lifecycle, coordinating deliveries with vendors and internal staff, and addressing queries.

*   Team support: Assisting project teams with approvals, analyzing billing milestones and timelines, and suggesting efficient project workflows.

*   Stakeholder collaboration: Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective project integration and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, legal, and financial teams.

 

 

**Skills & Experience:**

 

*   Graduate or postgraduate degree.

*   Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Associate or Coordinator in content development project management, preferably within EdTech.

*   Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and working knowledge of content creation tools (e.g., Storyline, Vyond).

*   Strong understanding of instructional content development processes, contractual requirements, and expense management.

*   Exceptional proofreading and content review skills with meticulous attention to detail.

*   Self-motivated, results-oriented, and experienced in managing content development business processes enabled by technology.

*   Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills; comfortable presenting to both small and large groups.

*   Adaptable, collaborative, and willing to take on new projects and support broader initiatives.

*   Team player, capable of both leading and following, and committed to contributing to team success.

*   Passion for learning and continuous improvement.

*   Demonstrated strong judgment, problem-solving skills, accuracy, and attention to quality.
