Duties & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for providing all administrative support to the Project Manager and team members to enable successful execution and completion of the project objectives, targets
  • Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
  • Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings
  • Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings
  • Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings
  • Ensuring project deadlines are met
  • Determining project changes
  • Providing administrative support as needed
  • Undertaking project tasks as required
  • Working with the Project Manager and Sr. Management for developing project delivery strategies
  • Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately
  • Ensure proper and timely resource planning, tracking, and allocation for the projects
  • Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable
  • Ensure stakeholder views are managed toward the best solution
  • Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members
  • Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective
  • Actively participate in field activities along with project team members whenever necessary
  • Support teams to develop strategies, plan and execute project activities
  • Support team in developing and establishing relationships with various stakeholders
  • Assist with developing effective awareness materials for print and online posts.
  • Ensure the collection of accurate data and feedback that can be used to evaluate the program and measure its impact.
  • Support in preparing the consolidated budget for project activities
  • Arrange periodic processes & impact evaluation sessions for the project team

Job Requirement

Looking for a Candidate who:

  • Preferably has a qualification in Waste management.
  • Has a genuine interest in working in the social sector.
  • Is passionate about the environment and a cleaner world.
  • Is at least bilingual (must be able to speak English and Hindi fluently).
  • Has prior experience in project planning, coordination, and management in the Social Sector
