**Job Overview**
We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Project Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in the implementation of our Development Impact Bond (DIB) program. You will be responsible for supporting project activities, ensuring smooth operations, and contributing to the successful achievement of our program goals.
**Responsibilities**
* **Project Management Support:**
* Assist with the coordination and execution of various project activities, including data collection, monitoring, and evaluation.
* Support the development and implementation of project plans, timelines, and budgets.
* Track and manage project deliverables and milestones.
* Prepare presentations, reports, and other project documentation.
* **Data Management:**
* Assist with data collection and entry, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
* Prepare data analysis for monitoring and evaluation purposes.
* Maintain data records and documentation.
* **Stakeholder Engagement:**
* Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including partner organizations, government agencies, and donors.
* Facilitate meetings, workshops, and other engagement activities.
* Develop and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders.
* **Communication:**
* Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and project beneficiaries.
* Develop and maintain project communication materials.
* Provide timely updates and reports on project progress.
* **Administrative Support:**
* Manage administrative tasks related to the project, such as travel arrangements, expense reports, and procurement.
* Provide general office support as needed.
**Qualifications**
* Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., social work, development studies, project management).
* 1-2 years of experience in project coordination or a related field, preferably in the development sector.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Experience working with data collection and analysis is a plus.
