**Job Summary:**
The Project Coordinator will be a key member of the Knowledge and Partnerships team, responsible for documenting and analyzing the impact of SELCO Foundation’s programs. This role requires strong communication, research, and writing skills, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
**Responsibilities:**
* Develop diverse content by gathering information from implementation teams, prioritizing subject matter, relevance to external stakeholders, and dissemination timelines.
* Conduct secondary research and lead consultations with primary stakeholders (community members, practitioners, and sectoral experts) to validate information.
* Analyze information from multiple sources and internal teams to create quantitative and qualitative briefs and reports.
* Assist in writing and translating content for various organizational needs, including reports, presentations, and proposals.
* Support the team in developing funder-specific content, partner outreach, and overall donor management.
* Perform field assessments, on-site evaluations, and produce comprehensive reports.
**Qualifications:**
* Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the Social or Development Sector, Communications, Media, Creative Writing, or related fields.
* Strong written and oral communication skills.
* Strong networking capabilities and demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
* Ability to process information and create compelling documentation for the development sector.
* Willingness to learn and develop professionally at a rapid pace.
* Ability to work in an interdisciplinary and multicultural environment.
* Willingness to travel for 2-5 days per month.
