Position: Project Executive
Location : Muzaffarpur
Education : Postgraduate in degree in management 2-3 years in the development sector candidates having prior experience in working with community institutions will be preferred.

Experience:

4 to 5 Years of experience in the area of capacity building of social enterprise and community mobalisation will be preferred.

Skills & Competencies required:

  • Dynamic.
  • Open to travel intensively to field location frequently.
  • Experienced in community mobilization aspects
  • Experienced in data collection and maintaining high quality data.

Job Profile:

  • Collaboration with JEEViKA promoted Cluster Level Federations and Village organisation and identification of appropriate group/ beneficiaries for intervention.
  • Ensuring necessary community processes happen for intervention through right beneficiary identification and community engagement processes.
  • Work with saturation-based approach such that the villages get saturated through such irrigation model.  
  • Work with community members for conducting baseline study.
  • Encourage community members for adoption of the model in a manner that the model becomes financially viable and encourage entrepreneurship skills of the community members.
  • Provide handholding support in capacity building of community members for developing the model as a viable enterprise as possible source of livelihood.
  • Managing data base of members digitally and responsible to gather evidence-based data from field.
