## Project Executive – Mission Education

**Experience Required:**
Minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in MIS & accounts.
**Job Summary:**
The Project Executive will provide crucial support to the Reporting Manager and State Coordinators in the Mission Education program. This includes data management, recording, reporting, and administrative processes, ensuring smooth program execution and timely completion of reporting and disbursements.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* **Project Documentation and MIS:**
* Collect and maintain project data (online/offline).
* Create and maintain data charts, dashboards, and flow for easy access.
* Coordinate with various units at project regions and Head Office.
* Document daily program activities in prescribed formats.
* Compile project snippets, testimonials, and best practices.
* Facilitate data punching, consolidation, and analysis of survey data.
* Develop and maintain project management approaches to facilitate clear communication.
* Coordinate with the reporting manager to complete assigned tasks.
* **Financial Responsibilities:**
* Ensure the effective and efficient management of resources.
* Verify bills & vouchers of team members and vendor bills, processing for approval.
* Document financial records, bills, and vouchers for compliance.
* Support the Project Head in ensuring smooth financial processes.
* **Organizational Responsibilities:**
* Collaborate with other departments to achieve project objectives and organizational goals.
* Participate in organizational efforts to improve systems, reporting, and compliance.
* Build strong relationships with Coordinators and managers.
* Maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
* Undertake additional duties within the scope of the role.
**Accountability:**
* Performance management and reporting as per assigned tasks.
* Supporting project management including planning, delivery, and implementation.
* Achievement of project objectives.
* Compliance with Smile Foundation’s policies and procedures.
**Qualifications:**
* Graduate/Post-graduate (any stream) in a relevant discipline, with a strong willingness to learn and use innovative techniques.
* Excellent communication (written and oral), presentation, and relationship-building skills.
* Experienced and highly motivated individual with a proven track record of managing work and delivering tasks.
* 2-3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in MIS & accounts.
* Excellent proficiency in M.S. Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint), Canva, and other latest working tools.
* Ability to work with multiple teams and handle adhoc tasks.
* Ability to handle work pressures and deliver under tight schedules, flexibility in approach.
* Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, including English and local language. Speaking in Telugu/Malayalam is an added advantage.
