About the position

Ashoka Trust for Research in Ecology and the Environment (ATREE) is seeking to fill the position of Asst. IT Engineer. The Asst. IT Engineer is expected to work with the IT team to:

Coordinate new website rollout processes like design, development, migration, testing and deployment.
Vendor management
Content and site support
IT infrastructure support
AV operations support

Essential qualifications

BE (CS)/BSc (CS)/Diploma (CS)

Experience: 1-3 yrs

Web Dev Stack (HTML, CSS, JS, WordPress , Drupal, PHP, Python…etc), ReactJS, Bootstrap
IT Infrastructure: Firewall management, internet bandwidth management, network security, Network and system support, OS and software support

Appointments and emoluments

Salary will be based on experience and ability. Salaries at ATREE are competitive and at par with other equivalent organizations in the NGO sector. The position will be based in Bangalore.
